John J. Thompson and   } Decree of Foreclosure

                   This cause coming on to be heard, and
it appearing to the Court that a Decree pro con fesso has been
duly entered up against the defendants and each of them
and the Complainant having filed in evidence the original
note and mortgage sued upon, and an affidavit in proof
of attorneys fees and the Court being advised in the premises
thereupon upon consideration, it is ordered adjudged and
decreed, First: That the Complainant in entitled to the foreclos
ure of her mortgage, that the defendant John J. Thompson
is justly indebted to the Complainant in the sum of One
Thousand and seventy Eight and 90/100 (1078.90) Dollars for prin
cipal and interest to date upon the note and mortgage sued
upon and the further sum of one hundred & twenty five
($125) Dollars attorneys fees to be allowed complainants
solicitor and the costs of this proceeding, and that the said
defendant do pay the said sums together with the interest
that may accrue herein within ten days from date
Second, That in default of the payment of the full amount
of this Decree fees and costs within the time prescribed herein
that J.A. Ammons who is herein and hereby appointed as
Special Master in chancery to execute this Decree do advertise
and sell at the time and place, and in the manner prescribed
by law the said mortgaged property to wit, all that certain
lot tract piece or parcel of land, situated lying and being
in the city of Gainesville in Alachua County Florida and
particularly described as follows to wit, W1/2 of E1/2 and W1/2 of
Lot 4, of Brown's Addition to the Town of Gainesville, in
the SE corner of the NW4 of section 5 Tp 10 S of Range
20 E as appears from the deed of J.B. Brown to T.G.P. Thomp
son, recorded on deed Book "H" of the records of Alachua
County Florida at page 288 and containing seven & one half
(7 1/2) acres of land more or less; That said Master do exe
cute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of and for the
said property a good and sufficient deed therefor, do put the
purchaser in possession of the same, and do pay the proceeds
arising from the sale of the said property to the complain
ant or to her solicitor of record, sufficient to pay said decree
fees and costs and the overplus, if any as the court may
direct Third, that after the sale of said property the de
fendants John J. Thompson and Eli Ramsey, and all and every
person or persons now claiming the said property or any
