under them or either of them do thereafter stand absolutely and forever

This cause coming on to be heard and it
appearing to the Court that a Decree pro confesso has been duly
Entered up against the defendant and his wife Elizabeth Dewey
and the Complainant having filed in evidence the original bond
and mortgage sued upon together with affidavits in proof of the
amount due, and an affidavit in proof of attorneys fees, and the
court being advised in the premises, Thereupon upon considera
tion hereof it is ordered adjudged and decreed as follows to wit
First, That the complainant is entitled to the foreclosure of
its mortgage, and that the defendants are justly and legally
indebted to the complainant in the sum of six Hundred Thirty
two and forty two hundredths ($632.42) Dollars for principal and
interest to date and the sum of ($31.80) Thirty one & 80/100 Dollars
for taxes paid upon the property by the complainant and Ninety (90.00)
Dollars for attorneys fees to be allowed complainants Solicitor for
the foreclosure of this mortgage total ($854.22) Seven Hundred & Fifty
four & 22/100 Dollars together with the costs of this proceeding to be
taxed up by the Clerk of this Court, and that the said defendants
are to pay the same within ten days from date,
Second, That in default of the payment of the full amount of
this Decree fees and costs that J.A. Ammons Esq who is herein
and hereby appointed as Special Master in chancery to execute
this Decree do advertise and sell at the time and place and in
the manner prescribed by law all that certain lot tract piece or
parcel of land situated lying and being in the town of Rochelle
in Alachua County Florida and particularly described as follows
to wit. Lot number One of Block number six in the town
of Perry Junction (now Known as Rochelle) being a part of the
North East quarter of section 29 Township 10 Range 21 South
& East together with all and singular the rights tenements
