hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging or
in any wise appertaining to satisfy and pay said Decree, that
he do make and deliver to the purchaser a deed of conveyance
to the property, shall put the purchaser in possession there
of, do pay the proceeds arising from the sale of the said prop
erty to the Complainant or to its Solicitor of record sufficient
to satisfy said decree, and the over plus if any as the Court
shall direct, Third, That after the sale of the said prop
erty the said defendants John R. Dewey and Elizabeth Dewey
his wife and all and every person or persons now claiming
the said property or any part thereof or that may hereafter
claim the same by through or under them or either of them
do thereafter stand absolutely and forever debarred and fore
closed of and from all right or equity of redemption of in or to
the said property and every part thereof

         vs            } Bill to Enforce Vendors Lien
John R. Eddins and     }
Robert L. Stringfellow }  Final Decree
                 This cause coming on to be heard
and it appearing to the Court that a Decree pro confesso
has been entered up against the defendants John R. Eddins
and Robert L. Stringfellow and the complainants having filed
in evidence the original note sued upon and the deed attach
ed to complainants Bill and the court being advised in the
premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered
adjudged & decreed, First; That H.M. Miller and John Miller
are indebted to the complainant in the sum of Two hund
red fifty four and seventeen hundredths ($254.17) Dollars
for the purchase money of and for the property herein =
after described and that the complainant is entitled to a
vendors lien upon and against the said property for said sum
in the hands of the said defendants as the grantees of the
said H.M. Miller and John Miller and that the said de
fendants do pay the amount of the said lien or in default
thereof that J.A. Ammons Esq be and is herein and hereby
appointed as a Special Master in chancery to execute this
Decree, and that he do advertise and sell at the time
