and place and in the manner prescribed by law to satisfy this Decree
all that lot tract piece or parcel of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida and particularly known and de
scribed as follows to wit, Three acres off of the North End of NE4
of NE4 of NW4 of section 32 Tp 9 s of Range 20 E except a Strip
thirty feet wide off North end left for a street, and containing two &
one half acres of land more or less, and that the said Master do make
execute and deliver to the purchaser or purchasers of and for the said
property a good and sufficient deed of conveyance, do put the purchaser
or purchasers in possession of the property and do pay the proceeds
arising from the sale thereof to the complainant or to his solicitor
of record sufficient to pay the said Decree fees and costs, and the over
plus if any as the court may direct, Second That the said
defendants John R. Eddins and Robert L. Stringfellow and all and every
person or persons now claiming the said property or that may here
after claim the same by through or under them or either of them
do thereafter stand absolutely and forever debarred and foreclosed
of and from all right, or equity of redemption of in and to the said
property and every part and parcel thereof. Third and it is
further ordered adjudged and decreed that the defendants John R.
Eddins and Robert L. Stringfellow do pay the costs of this proceed
ing to be taxed up by the Clerk of this Court, and that execution
do issue therefor as at common Law, as provided by law and the
rules of practice in such cases, Done and ordered at
Chambers at Ocala Florida on this 4th day of February AD 1899

                     This cause came on for final hearing upon
the bill of Complaint, answer and replication and upon the proofs
taken before the Master and reported by him and was argued by
counsel for the respective parties, and upon careful consideration by
the Court of the issues and proofs, the Court makes and enters the
following opinion and decree in the cause
   The proofs in the cause as to location of the corner of the Sav
age lot, upon which location the whole case seems to rest
are not as definite and certain by any means as they might
be, and in the testimony there is considerable conflict as to
the location of the East line of the Griffins or Callison lot
