   vs       } Bill to Foreclose Mortgage
H.R. Stokes } Decree of Foreclosure
      This cause coming on to be heard and the complainant having
filed the original notes and mortgage sued upon and the court being
advised in the premises, thereupon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered
adjudged and decreed, as follows, to wit: First - That the Defendant is Justly
and legally indebted to the complainant in the sum of one thousand ($1000.00)
dollars for the principal of the note sued upon and that the defendant do
pay the same at once, including the costs of this suit to be taxed up by the
Clerk of this court. Second. That in default of the payment of the full
amount of this Decree, fees and costs, that J.A. Ammons who is herein and hereby
appointed as Special Master in Chancery to Execute this Decree, do advertise and
sell at the time and place and in the manner prescribed by law all that certain
lot tract piece or parcel of land, situated, lying and being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida, and particularly described as follows, to wit: Commencing at the
North West corner of James Ferguson's house lot, and running thence west
286 1/2 feet, thence south 152 1/2 feet; thence East 286 1/2 feet to the South
West corner of Ferguson's lot thence North to the point of beginning containing
one acre more or less, situated in Micanopy Section 26, township 11,
Range 20" Together with all and singular, the rights, tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining to
to satisfy and pay said Decree and costs. That said Master do make
and execute to the purchaser of and for the said property a good and
sufficient deed thereto,- do put the purchaser in possession thereof
and do pay the proceeds arising from the sale of the said property
to the complainant or to his solicitor of record sufficient to pay
said decree fees and costs, and the over plus if any as the court
may direct. Third: - That after the sale of the said property the
said H.R. Stokes and all and every person or persons now claiming the
said property or any part thereof, by through or under him, do there
after stand debarred and foreclosed of and from all right or equity
of redemption, of and in and to the said property and every part
and parcel thereof. Done and ordered at Chambers at Ocala Florida
on this 1st day of March AD 1899
