                  This cause coming on for a final hearing upon the report
of the Special Master herein made and filed on the day of -- AD 1899 and it
appearing therefrom that the mortgaged premises named and described
in the decree heretofore rendered in said cause on the 20th day of December
1898 were duly sold at Public auction by said Special Master as therein
ordered and that all the provisions of said decree have been duly and
legally carried out and it further appearing from the report of said
Special Master that after sale of said property aforesaid and due
application that there yet remains due and owing from Andrew
Fleming one of the defendants herein to Wm H. Ellis the said Complainant
the sum of Eighty one dollars and Eighty nine cents; Wherefore
upon consideration hereof it is considered ordered and adjudged and
decreed that the said sale made by the said Special Master and the
deed executed to Sherman Thomas purchaser of said property at said 
sale be and the same is hereby confirmed and that the said Wm H.
Ellis the complainant herein do have and recover of and from Andrew
Fleming one of the defendants the said sum of Eighty one dollars and
Eighty nine cents

William C. Hilliard } Final Decree
      This cause coming on to be further heard upon the
application of the complainant's solicitor for a final hearing
upon the pleadings, proofs and the Special Master's report and
findings filed herein on the 23rd day of February AD 1899, and
the Court being advised in the premises, thereupon upon
consideration hereof: It is ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the said report and findings be and the same are herein
and hereby confirmed in every particular, and that the bonds
of matrimony heretofore subsisting between the complainant Orin
Hilliard, and the defendant William C. Hilliard be and the 
same are herein and hereby set aside and forever annulled and 
and the said parties are herein and hereby decreed to be divorced
and it is further ordered, adjudged and decreed that the
complainant, Orin Hilliard, have the permanent care, custody
