            The Solicitor for deft in the foregoing cause are hereby given
notice that on Tuesday Feb 28th 1899 at the hour of Three O'clock, or as soon
thereafter ad I can be heard, we will move before Hon W.A. Hocker Judge
of the said Court at Ocala Fla or wherever he will then be or can be
found, for an order allowing the Receiver in said cause to sell the
boxes or refrigerators in his hands and for such other and further
order as may be deemed proper in the premises

This motion came on to be heard and upon consideration of the same
it is ordered that this cause is hereby referred to Mrs E.A. Cooper to
take such testimony as shall be submitted by the respective parties
to this suit touching this motion and that she shall within
five days from date file such testimony in the Clerks office
within five days from this date, and the Clerk of the Court of Alachua
County Florida is directed to forward all papers and such
testimony to the Judge of said Court immediately upon the
filing of such testimony

This cause came on to be heard and upon consideration of the same
and upon consideration of the report of the Special Master. It is
ordered that this motion be granted and that the Receiver in said
cause John F. Bartleson is ordered to sell all refrigerators and
or boxes in his hands as such Receiver after publication of notice of
sale of same for five days after publication of same in the
Gainesville daily sun said sale to be at the East side of the Court
House door between the legal hours of sale and that he report the
number of boxes sold and amount sold for -
at Sumterville Florida this March 9th AD 1899
