                   In the Circuit Court Fifth Judicial Circuit of Florida
                   in and for Alachua County = In Chancery

        vs          } Bill for Divorce
Margaret M. Stevens } Final Decree
         This cause coming on for a final hearing upon the bill of
complaint therein taken as confessed by the defendant and the within
testimony of witnesses taken and reported to the Court by the Special Master
in chancery appointed to take the proofs and the Court having heard
the argument of counsel and being fully advised in the premises and
on consideration thereof, it is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed by
the Court that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the
complainant Thomas C. Stevens and the defendant Margarett M. Stevens
be and the same are hereby annulled and dissolved "a Vinculo Matrimoni"
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the complainant do
pay the costs of this suit to be taxed by the Clerk of this Court
Done and ordered at Chambers in Ocala Fla, this 27th day of February
AD 1899

Dennison Hilliard } Final Decree
