all persons claiming by through or under them be forever barred and
foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption in and to said described
mortgaged premises; and that the said Hattie Nipper be forever barred
and foreclosed of and from all dower and right of dower in and to said
mortgaged premises or any part thereof, It is further ordered that
Robt E. Davis a practicing attorney at law in active practice be and
he is hereby appointed special master in Chancery to make the
sale of the said mortgaged premises and to carry out the provisions of
this 15th day of March AD 1899

      vs        } Bill for Injunction &c
S.J. Cribbs     }   Final Decree
          This cause came on this day to be heard upon
application of solicitors for complainant for a Final decree herein
and the Court after reading the report of the Special Master
herein and being fully advised in the premises doth decree
as follows. That the Injunction granted in this cause on the
1st day of January AD 1898 be and the same is made perpetual
and the said S.J. Cribbs his agents his servants and employees
are perpetually enjoined from taking or removing the said
Thomas Cribbs and the said Frank Cribbs or either of them from
the custody or control of the said Fanny A. Yeates and from
interfering with them in any manner whatever and from taking
possession or control of them at any time or place whatever. That the
custody and control of the said minors Thomas Cribbs and Frank
Cribbs are hereby awarded to their mother the said Fannie A. Yeates
without any interference whatever on the part of the said S.J. Cribbs
2nd Thant the said S.J. Cribbs do pay the costs of this proceedings to
be taxed by the Clerk of this Court
