This cause comes before me on argument of
the demurrers filed to complainants amended and supplemental Bills
and the matters of law thereby raised have been argued by the solicitors
of the respective parties. It seems to the Court that the demurrers are well
taken, and it is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the demurrers
of defendants to the amended and supplemental Bills be and the same
are hereby sustained. Ocala Fla March 20th 1899
