                       In the Circuit Court Fifth Judicial Circuit of
                       Florida In and for Alachua County In Chancery
Mamie J. Baggs   }
      vs         } Bill for Divorce
Herbert M. Baggs } Final Decree
          This cause coming on for a final hearing upon the Bill
of complaint therein taken as confessed by the defendant and the within
testimony of witnesses taken and reported to the Court by the Special
Master in Chancery pursuant to an order of this Court heretofore made, and
the Court having heard the argument of counsel and being fully advised
in the premises and on consideration thereof; it is therefore ordered
adjudged and decreed by the Court that the marriage between the
complainant Mamie J. Baggs and the defendant Herbert M. Baggs be and 
the same is hereby annulled and dissolved according to the statute in
such case made and provided. It is further ordered adjudged and decreed
by the Court that the complainant have the custody control and
education of the said child to wit Carroll E. Baggs the issue of
the marriage between complainant and defendant and that
complainant pay the costs of this suit to be taxed by the Clerk
of this Court Done and ordered at Chambers in Ocala Florida this
27th day of February AD 1899

       This cause coming on to be heard upon the demurrer
filed by J.O. Cosby one of the defendants herein and the Court
being advised in the premises It is therefore adjudged ordered and
decreed that said demurrer be and the same is hereby denied
and overruled and the said J.O. Cosby allowed thirty days from this
date to plead or answer said bill of complaint.
