                      In Circuit Court Alachua County Florida. In Chancery

     vs          } Divorce
Frances A. Scott }
               This cause coming on to be heard upon application of
complainants solicitor for a final Decree in this cause and upon consideration
of the same and the report of the Master filed herein, It is ordered and decreed by
the Court that the marriage between the complainant R.H. Scott and the
defendant Frances A. Scott be dissolved and the same is dissolved accordingly
and the said parties are and each of them is freed from the obligations
thereof and they are divorced from each other, a Vinculo Matrimoii;
At Ocala Florida this 22d day of April AD 1899

James S. Turner & Frank H. Butler          }
partners &c and L.W. Fennell as Sheriff &c }
                This cause coming on for final hearing upon Bill filed
and decreed pro confesso properly entered against the defendants herein, the
said James S. Turner and Frank H. Butler partners doing business under
the firm name of Turner & Butler of Levy County Florida, and L.W. Fennell as
Sheriff of Alachua County, Florida for failure to plead answer or demur on
the 6th day of March 1899, and the court being advised in the premises
it is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the injunction granted
by S.Y. Finley Court Commissioner in and for Alachua County Florida
against the defendants herein and each of them or any one by through
or under them from advertising for sale or selling the property described
in said bill to wit Lots number 1 & 2 of the North West quarter of
section 2 Township 11 south Range 16 East in Alachua County 
Florida or any part thereof be made perpetual, and the plaintiff
James Graham do have and recover of and from the defendants
herein the costs of this suit to wit, the sum of Seven and 30/100 Dollars
Done and ordered at Ocala Fla, this 15th day of March AD 1899
