           And now this cause came on to be heard
Syd L. Carter State Attorney prosecuting in the name and
by authority of the state of Florida and the prisoner
Clarence King being in open Court in his proper person was
arraigned and upon his arraignment saith that he is
not guilty of murder but that he is guilty of manslaughter
which pleas was accepted by the State attorney.

          And now this cause came on to be heard Syd.
L. Carter State Attorney prosecuting in the name and by
authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner being in
open court in his proper person was arraigned and
upon his arraignment pleaded not guilty

               A certified record of the proceedings
in this cause was received by the Clerk of this Court
from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Levy County Florida and
was duly filed in this Court for further proceedings
to be had and done therein

  Whereupon Court adjourned until tomorrow
morning at Nine Oclock
