           Motion to dismiss Writ of Error
  And now comes the Appellee by its attorney W.W. Hampton
Esquire and moves the Court to dismiss the Writ of Error
herein. And now said motion being submitted to the
Court and argued by counsel for the respective parties
and the Court being advised in the premises doth decide
and order that the said motion be and is hereby granted
and cause remanded for further proceedings

             Alachua County Spring Term 1899
  It being necessary to hold this term of the Court during
the second week thereof the Judge of the Court in the
presence of the Clerk and Sheriff drew from the box
containing the names of persons selected for juries
for Alachua County Florida for 1899 the following
named persons to serve as petit jurors for the second
