Venire as by the Court directed

Greetings:
          You are hereby commanded to summon
the following named twelve (12) persons who were in
open Court drawn by the Judge of said Court in the
presence of the Clerk and Sheriff from the box containing
the names of the person selected by the County Com=
missioners to serve as jurors for the year 1899 each for
himself to be and personally appear before the Judge of
our Circuit Court at the Court House in the City of
Gainesville on Tuesday the 23d day of May AD 1899 at
Nine Oclock AM of said day to serve as petit jurors
for the third week of this term of our said court to wit:
