Greeting:
         You are hereby commanded to summon the
following named fifty persons who in open Court were
drawn by the Judge of said Court in the presence of the
Clerk and Sheriff of said Court from the box containing the
names of the persons selected by the County Commissioners
of Alachua County to serve as jurors for the year AD 1899
each for himself to be and personally appear before the
Judge of and said Circuit Court at the Court House in the
City of Gainesville on Tuesday the 23d day of May 1899 at the
hour of nine oclock of the forenoon of said day to serve as
special jurors in the case of the State of Florida Vs Elias
Griffin charged with Murder to wit:
