                      Spring Term AD 1899
                        Thursday May 18
        and rendered the following verdict to wit:
Verdict   We the Jury find the defendant guilty.
        May 18th 1899                          W.C. Dell

        State of Florida }
                         } Sentence
        Robert Price     }
                        And now the prisoner Robert Price
        being in open Court for sentence was demanded if he
        had anything to say why the sentence of the law should
        not be passed upon him saith nothing
          Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner as follows:
        The sentence of the law is that you Robert Price be imprisoned
        by confinement in the state prison for five years at hard labor

        State of Florida }
              Vs         } Grand Larceny
        John Range       }
                       Now this cause coming on to be heard
        Syd L. Carter State Attorney prosecuting in the name
        and by authority of the State of Florida and the prisoner
        John Range being in open Court in his proper person
        was arraigned and upon his arraignment pleaded not
        guilty and afterwards withdrew his plea of not guilty
        and entered a plea of guilty

        State of Florida }  Syd L. Carter
              Vs         } Larceny of domestic animal
        Lag Shaw and     }       E.C.F. Sanchez
        Samuel Welch     }
                  Now this cause coming on to be heard Syd L. Carter
        State Attorney prosecuting in the name and by the authority
        of the State of Florida and the defendant Lag. Shaw
        being in open Court in his proper person was arraigned
        and upon his arraignment pleaded guilty
               Whereupon the State Attorney moved to
        nol pross the indictment as to Samuel Welch
        owing to a defect in the date of the indictment which
        motion was granted and defendant required to
        enter into bond in the sum of one hundred and fifty
        dollars conditioned for his appearance before the
        next Court to answer any indictment the Grand 
        Jury may find against him said bond to be
        approved by the Clerk of the Court
          Whereupon Court adjourned until tomorrow morning at 9 Oclock
