Now this cause coming on to be heard Syd L. Carter
State Attorney prosecuting in the name and by the authority of the State
of Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his proper
person was arraigned and upon his arraignment pleaded guilty

And now the prisoner Cain Perry being in open Court
for Sentence was demanded if he had anything to say why the
sentence of the law should not be passed upon him saith nothing
Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner as follows: Viz
the sentence of the law is that you Cain Perry be imprisoned by
confinement in the State Prison at hard labor for two years

And now the prisoner Laz Shaw being in open Court
for sentence was demanded if he had anything to say why
the sentence of the law should not be passed upon him saith
nothing Whereupon the Court sentenced the prisoner
as follows to wit: The Sentence of the law is that you
Laz Shaw be imprisoned by confinement in the State Prison
at hard labor for three years.
Whereupon the Court adjourned until
Tuesday morning next at Nine Oclock
