               Friday May 26th 
and the same is hereby sustained and the judgment and the
        made and
verdict ^ rendered in the cause on January 18th 1899 by the County
Court of Alachua County Florida be and the same is herein and
hereby reversed and set aside. It is further ordered It is further
ordered that the County Judge of Alachua County Florida
Judge of the County Court of said County do vacate the order
made by him in January 21st 1895 opening up the default
judgment entered in said cause by the county court and
that he reinstate said default judgment dated July 20 1894
and further that the defendant in error do pay the costs of this
proceeding as required by law
