            Saturday May 27th 1899
or cause for the default of Defendant in above mentioned case to
appear in accordance with the terms of his bond in said cause, and
the court being fully advised in the premises.
It is considered ordered and adjudged by the court here that the State
of Florida for the use and benefit of the County of Alachua Plaintiff
do have and recover of and from L.L. Hill and S.V. Duke the
sureties above named for the use and benefit of said County of
Alachua the full sum of one hundred dollars the penalty of said
Bond and the further sum of Five 07/100 dollars the cost of this
proceeding and taxed by the Clerk of this court as such costs and
that Execution do issue therefor as on other Judgment at law
and shall have the same force and effect as other executions

 Comes now the State of Florida by its undersigned state attorney
for the 5th Judicial Circuit of said state and moves the court for entry
of final Judgment against the sureties above named in the name
of the State of Florida for the use and benefit of said Alachua
County upon the record of said cause

Upon considering the foregoing motion and the record in above
cause and it appearing to the court that the orders and notices
required by Chapter 4403 of the laws of Florida were duly made
entered and given as required by law and that the said sureties above
named have made no sufficient excuse or cause for the default of
Defendant in above mentioned case to appear in accordance with the
terms of his Bond in said cause and the court being fully advised
in the premises. It is considered ordered and adjudged by the
court here that the State of Florida for the use and benefit of the
county of Alachua do have and recover of and from W.S. McDowall
and E.W. Shaw said Sureties above named for the use and benefit of said
county of Alachua the full sum of five hundred dollars the
penalty of said Bond and the further sum of Six 78/100 dollars the
