This cause comes before to be heard on the
demurrer of the defendants to the for want of Equity & ect
The Bill was filed praying for an Injunction restrain the sale
of certain property by the admr under order of the County Judge,
the admr having suggested Insolvency & ect.
In the absence of Special Equities not cognizable by the Probate
Court, a Court of Chancery should not interfere with the Jurisdiction
of the Probate Court in matters of this kind Rich vs Bellamy 541
This Bill does not pray to take the administration of the Estate
of Hastein from the Probate Court and wind it up in the
Circuit Court & does not allege any facts, with which the
Probate Court cannot deal. The demurrer to the Bill is
sustained The Injunction dissolved and the Bill dismissed
at cost of complainant

This cause coming on to be heard, finally upon the
complainants Bills and the proofs filed herein; Upon
consideration hereof it is adjudged ordered and decreed
that the Matrimony heretofore existing between the
complainant Frances Hall and the defendant Will Hall, be and
the same is hereby annulled and disolved
