further ordered that John Chesnut the Brother in Law of W. Allen Haile and
of Eva Haile the two minor complainants herein, and who institute
this proceeding in their behalf be and he is hereby appointed Guardian
u>ad litem for said two minors with full power to protect and
look after their interest in this suit, and R.Y.H. Thomas, B.F. Hampton
and A.M. Endel are hereby appointed commissioners of Partition
to partition to divide said lands herein above set forth among
the parties and in the manner and quantities as herein specified
and that they shall upon receiving notification of their appointment
as such commissioners of Partition take the oath provided for by
law and shall proceed to make Partition of the premises herein
above mentioned and described in conformity with and according
to the direction of this decree. And further that upon their having
made Partition and division as herein directed they shall
report the same in writing to this Court.
  Done and ordered at Chambers at Gainesville Florida this
27th day of May A.D. 1899

     To the Honorable W.A. Hocker Judge of said Court
in pursuance of a decree rendered in the above entitled cause
on May 27th A.D. 1899, we, the commissioners therein named respectfully
report to the Court that after each of us having taken and subscribed
an oath, fairly and impartially to make partition of the
premises mentioned in the said decree, according to the rights
and interest of the parties as declared therein by the Judgment
of the Court if the same could be done Consistently with the
interest of the parties which said oath is hereto attached for
greater Certainty, we divided the premises described in said decree
to wit; and Known as the "Haile" land in south West Gainesville,
and more particularly described as follows, to wit Commencing
at the North West Corner of the lot or tract of land in Gainesville
Florida recorded in deed book O at page 407 which North West
corner is on line of Street which runs North and South along East
front of lots now owned by Mrs. O.A. Porter run thence from
said North West corner East 1054 feet to a Stake thence South
210 feet: thence West 1054 feet to the South West corner of the lot
now owned by sais Mrs. A.E. Taylor which South West corner is on
