         This cause coming on to be heard upon the application of Complainants
Solicitor for a final decree of confirmation upon the bill filed herein the consent
answer of the defendant the decree appointing commissioners of partition and the
report of commissioners, and thereupon upon consideration thereof it is
considered ordered adjudged and decreed that the report of commissioners
filed herein on the 27th day of May 1899 be and the same is herein & hereby
confirmed in every particular, and that thereupon to wit Lot number
one (Lot #1) as per map of the Hale land in South West Gainesville made
by J.W. Patton C.E. also lot number two (#2) as is shown by a map of
fractional sections 3 & 10 of township 9 S of Range 18 E in the Arredondo
Grant made by J.W. Patton C.E. containing 68 acres more or less, be & the
same is herein & hereby set apart assigned and allotted to Charles E.
Haile Jr in severally for his interest and share of said premises
according to the relative value thereof in and to the real estate set forth
and described in the bill of complaint in this cause in conformity to the
said report of the said Commissioners as aforesaid. It is further
ordered adjudged and decreed that the following described property to wit
Lot Number Three (3) as per map of the Haile land in SW Gainesville
made by J.W. Patton C.E. Also Lot one (1) as is shown by map
of fractional sections 3 & 10 of Township 9 S of R 18 E in the
Arredondo Grant made by J.W. Patton C.E. containing 68 acres
more or less, be and the same is hereby and herein set apart
assigned and allotted to John M. Haile as his share interest
in severalty in and to the said real Estate set forth and
described in the bill of complaint in this cause in conformity
to the said report of the said commissioners as aforesaid.
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the following
described property to wit: Lot number Six (6) as per map of
the Haile land in SW Gainesville made by J.W. Patton C.E.
also Lot number Four (4) as is shown by a map of
Fractional sections 3 & 10 of Township 9 S of R 18 East
in the Arredondo Grant made by J.W. Patton C.E.
containing sixty eight acres more or less. Be and the
same is hereby & herein set apart assigned and allotted
to Louise M. Chesnut as here share and interest in severalty
in and to the said real estate set apart and described in
the bill of complaint and in conformity to the said
report of the said commissioners as aforesaid in this cause.
