The foregoing cause coming on to be heard on motion
of the defendants to dissolve the injunction heretofore issued in said
cause etc and having been argued by counsel for the respective parties and
the Court being advised in the premises. It is ordered that the said
Injunction be and the same is hereby dissolved. Done and ordered at
Chambers at Ocala Florida this 21st day of June AD 1899

This cause coming on to be heard upon the
Pleadings, Proofs and Masters Report, and the court being advised
in the premises thereon upon consideration hereof, it is ordered
adjudged and decreed as follows, to wit: That the Report of E.E. Voyle
Special Master filed herein on February 3, 1899, be and the same is
herein and hereby confirmed and that in making a partition and
division of the land set forth and described in complainants Bill
that the defendant Christiana C. Jones shall have the benefit of
her improvements put upon the NW1/4 of NE1/4 section 10, Township
9 S of Range 17 E, and that the complainant's Solicitor be and is
allowed, twenty five dollars fee for conducting this proceeding
and that the said fee and the costs of court, including seven
dollars and fifty cents allowed E.E. Voyle as Special Master be a
lien upon the several interest of the parties hereto when divided
and that the complainant do pay one tenth (1/10) of said expense
and that the defendants do pay nine tenths (9/10) of the said Expense;
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that Thomas Brice
S.L. Blanton and William Strobles be and they are hereby
appointed as commissioners to divide the lands described in
complainant's Bill, to wit the NE1/4 of NE1/4 and W1/2 of NE1/4
section 10 Township 9 S of Range 17 E situated in Alachua
county Florida and containing one hundred & twenty (120) acres of
land more or less and that they do set apart to James R. Wright
one tenth (1/10) thereof, and to the defendant Cristiana C. Jones
