nine tenths (9/10) thereof having due regard to the improvements
put upon said land by the said defendant Cristiana C. Jones.
That the said commissioners do make their report as soon as
practicable, and if they cannot divide the said land equitably
that they so report, that the same may be sold for division as
provided by law done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida
on on June 23rd AD 1899

           This cause coming on to be heard on this day upon
an application of complainants counsel for a final decree therein
wherein Ella Law is complainant and Henry T.V. Law is defendant
and the Court being advised of its decision and being satisfied
from the evidence filed in said cause and that the allegations of the
complainants bill have been fully maintained and proved.
It is hereby considered ordered adjudged and decreed by the Court
that the contract of marriage heretofore entered into by and
between the complainant Ella Law and the Defendant Henry
T.V. Law be and the same is hereby annulled cancelled set aside
and declared and adjudged to be wholly null and void and of
no further force and effect and the complainant and the Defendant
herein are hereby adjudged and decreed to be forever divorced
"a Vinculo Matrimonii" from each other.
