Judgment Docket 9 Page 227
Equity, & has been argued by the Solicitors of the parties, the complainants
rely on the case of Minnie Halle et al vs J.R. Einstein 34 Fla 589
A careful reading of this case satisfies me that the Supreme did not
go farther than to hold the separate statutory property of a wife
liable for the piece of property purchased by her. They did not
go to the extent of making that property liable for all kinds of
contracts. The bill does not show a liability upon the married womans
part for property purchased by her. This I think is plain on p 604
of the decision. - It is therefore considered ordered and adjudged
and decreed that the demurrer to the Bill for want of Equity be
and same is hereby sustained and that the bill be dismissed at
cost of complainants.
