at public out cry, at public auction for cash to the highest
bidder at the door of the Court House of said Alachua County Florida
to pay the same; That notice of time and place of sale be
published in Alachua County, Florida. That H.G. Mason is hereby
appointed as Special Master to execute this decree that on the said
sale the said Master shall execute a deed to the land so sold to the
purchaser or purchasers thereof That out of the proceeds of said sale
he pay the costs of this suit together with his fees and expenses of
sale and the balance of the purchase money to the complainant
or her solicitor or record in this case in payment so far as it will
go after deducting the said attorney's fees of the amount due
complainant; and should there by any balance remaining after such
payments, said Special Master shall bring the same into Court to abide
the further order thereof: That should said sale take place the defendants
in this cause and all persons claiming by through or under them
be forever barred and foreclosed of and from all Equity of redemption of
in and to said mortgaged premises and each and every part thereof

               This cause coming on to be heard upon application
of the complainants solicitor for a final decree herein upon
consideration thereof and it appearing to the court that there is due
to the complainant on his debt secured by the mortgage filed as an
Exhibit in this cause the sum of One Hundred and Eighty Dollars
it is adjudged ordered and decreed that unless the said J.C.
Davenport shall within one day from this date pay the said debt
with the costs of this proceeding together with an attorneys fees
of Forty three Dollars it appearing to the Court from Evidence before
it that said fee is reasonable and proper; that the said mortgaged
premises described in the bill of complaint in this cause to wit:
that lot piece or parcel of land situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua State of Florida to wit Lot number Two
of Block One Hundred and Twenty seven (127) in the Town of
Fairmount now known as High Springs, according to the
recorded plat thereof on file and of record at the Court House
in Gainesville in Plat Book "A" at page six (6) together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining be sold at public auction
