for cash at the door of the Court House of said Alachua County to pay
the same; that Notice of the time and place of said sale be published
for the time required by law in the sun a Newspaper published in
the City of Gainesville Alachua County Florida that J.A. Ammons Esq a
practicing attorney at the bar of said County is hereby appointed a Special
Master to execute this decree; that said Master execute a deed to the
purchaser of said mortgaged premises on said sale, that out of the
proceeds of sale he pay the costs of this suit retain for his services
the fees allowed him by law for such services, pay to Complainants
solicitor the sum of Forty three Dollars as Attorneys fees and the balance
of the purchase money pay to the complainant or his solicitor in
payment as far as it will go of the amount due him. Should there be
any surplus money arising from said sale after the payments
above directed said Master shall bring the same into court to abide
the further order thereof. It is further ordered and decreed that should
said sale take place the defendants in this cause the said J.C.
Davenport and the said defendants T.B. Stringfellow and R.L. Stringfellow
partners doing business under the firm name and style of Stringfellow Brothers 
and the said defendant M.A. Bexley and all other persons claiming by through
or under them be forever barred and foreclosed of and from all Equity of
redemption and claim of in and to the said mortgage premises.
Done and ordered at Ocala Florida this 5th day of July AD 1899

       This cause coming on to be heard upon the application
of complainants Solicitor for the appointment of a Special Master to
take and report the testimony herein, and it appearing that a 
decree pro confesso was duly entered up herein on the 3rd day of
July AD 1899 It is therefore considered ordered and decreed that
J.M. Rivers be and he is hereby appointed as a Special Master to take
and report the testimony in this said cause
