       vs        }  Bill for Divorce
James P. Brooks  }  Final Decree
             This cause coming on to be heard B.A. Thrasher appearing
for complainant no one appearing for the Defendant and it appearing
to the Court from the Bill of Complaint the decree pro confesso and the
testimony taken before the Master that the allegations of complainant
are Substantiated and proven and that the defendant has willfully
and obstinately deserted the complainant his wife for the term of
more than one year prior to the filing of the bill in this cause and
it further appearing to the Court that the prayer of said Bill should
be granted. It is therefore ordered considered adjudged and decreed by
the Court that the prayer of Complainant be granted, and that the
Bonds of Matrimony heretofore existing between the said Louise A.
Brooks and James P. Brooks be and the same is hereby dissolved
and that the said parties and each of them are and is free and
discharged from the obligations thereof

         This cause coming on to be heard upon the application of
complainants Solicitor for the appointment of a Special Master to take
and report the testimony herein, and it appearing that a decree pro
confesso was duly entered up herein on the 3rd day of July A.D. 1899: It is
therefore considered ordered and decreed that Evans Haile be and he is
hereby appointed as a Special Master to take and report the testimony
in this said cause
Done and ordered at Ocala this 6th day of July A.D. 1899
