                  This cause is now before on the petition for a rehearing
which petition was filed on the 27th Feby 1899 I have carefully considered
the same and am not convinced that any error has been made which
would Justify a rehearing. It is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed
that the petition for rehearing filed by the complainant on 27th Feby 1899
be and same is denied
