with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in anywise appertaining or so much thereof as may
be necessary to be sold at public auction for cash to the highest
bidder at the door of the Court House at Gainesville Alachua county
Florida to pay the same That notice of the time and place of sale be
published in some news paper published in Alachua County Florida
That H.G. Mason a practicing attorney is hereby appointed a Special
Master to execute this decree; that on the said sale the said
Master shall execute a deed to the land so sold o the purchaser thereof
that out of the proceeds of said sale he pay the costs of this suit
together with his fees and expenses of sale and the balance of 
purchase money to the complainant or its solicitor of record in this
cause in payment so far as it will go of the deducting the said
attorney's fees of the amount due complainant and should there be any
balance remaining after such payments said Special Master shall
bring the same into court to abide the further order thereof; that
should said sale take place the defendants in this cause and each
of them and all persons claiming by, through or under them be
forever barred and foreclosed of and from all equity of redemption
of in and to said mortgaged premises so sold
at Ocala Fla this July 14th 1899

The Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida, being now
in Session, and it being inconvenient for the Judge of said Court
to Examine Howard C. Peace, the applicant for license it is ordered
Judge Horatio Davis & E.C.F. Sanchez and after being sworn
shall examine and report as to the qualifications of the said
Howard C. Peace to practice law.
