      This cause coming on to be finally heard upon the Bill
proofs filed herein upon a consideration of the same and the Court
being advised in the premises. It is ordered adjudged and decreed
that the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between the complainant
J.W. Carter and the defendant Winnie Carter, be and the same are annulled
and dissolved

              It appearing to the Court that a petition for a rehearing of the
final decree entered in the above entitled cause on the 25th day of July 1899
was presented and filed by the complainant in said cause on the 26th day
of July 1899 upon application of said complainant by its solicitor and for
reasons appearing to the Court it is adjudged ordered and decreed that such
presentation for a rehearing shall stay all proceedings in said decree for
sixty days from this date provided that the said complainant within
ten days from said date shall give a bond with two good and
sufficient sureties to be approved by the Clerk of said Circuit Court of
Alachua county in the sum of $100.00 payable to the defendants in said
cause and conditioned for the payment of all damages and costs
that may accrue to said defendants by such delay
