           This cause coming on this day to be heard and it appearing
to the Court that there is a decree pro confesso against the sole defendant
Ruthy Wood it is adjudged ordered and decreed that said cause be referred
to Christopher Matheson a practicing attorney of this Court who as
Special Master shall take such testimony in said cause as may be
introduced and presented by complainants solicitor and shall also ascertain
and report what amount if any is due on the note and mortgage to be
filed as Exhibits in said cause.

              This cause coming on to be further heard on the report
of Special Master Christopher Matheson and which report was returned
to the Clerk's office of the Circuit Court of said Alachua County and filed
by the Clerk of said Court and the return thereof noted in the order book
of said Court on the 15th day of July 1899, and it appearing to the Court
that no exceptions have been filed thereto, it is adjudged ordered and
decreed that said report be confirmed; and it appearing from said report
that there is due to the complainant by the defendant J.A. Carlisle on
his first mortgage the sum of $1257.18 principal and interest and
upon his second mortgage the sum of $1480.00, principal and interest
