   Belle S. Stark                          } Final Decree
      This cause coming on to be further heard upon the
application of the complainant for a final decree and it
appearing to the court that a decree pro confesso was duly and 
regularly entered up against the defendant on the 7th day of August
AD 1899, for her failure to file a plea answer or demurrer to the
complainants bill of complaint as required by the order of the court
made and rendered herein on the 20th day of December AD 1897, and the
complainant having made proof of the amount due on the note and
mortgage sued on herein and having filed said note and mortgage
in evidence, and having made proof also of the amount of insurance
paid by the complainant on the mortgaged premises since the
giving of said mortgage the same appearing to the court to have
been proper and necessary for the preservation of the security sought
to be subjected herein and proof also of the amount that should
be allowed complainants solicitor for his services in foreclosing
said mortgage, and it also appearing to the Court that Hon W.
A. Hocker, Judge of the Circuit Court in and for Alachua County
Florida, Fifth Judicial Circuit, is out of and absent from said circuit
and the court being advised in the premises thereupon, upon consideration
hereof; It is ordered, adjudged and decreed as follows, to wit;
1st That the defendant Belle S. Stark is Justly and legally indebted to
the complainant Benjamin Page, as administrator of the Estate of
Russel Coe deceased two thousand, one hundred and thirty seven
and 23/100 (2137.23) dollars as and for principal and interest on the
note and mortgage sued on herein, together with the additional
