This cause coming on to be heard upon application
of complainants solicitor for a supersedeas order on the appeal
entered in said cause, and it appearing to the Court that the
judge of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial circuit of Florida
In and for Alachua County In Chancery is absent from the
State of Florida, upon consideration of the same it is ordered and
decreed that said appeal entered in the above stated cause on
the 30th day of August AD 1899 do open as a supersedeas and
stay of proceedings in said cause upon the complainants in
said cause executing bond payable to the Defendant C.L. Peek
in said cause in the sum of one thousand dollars conditioned
to pay said defendant all costs and damages he may sustain
should the decree appealed from be affirmed by the appellate
Court said bond to be approved by the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of Alachua county Florida
at Jacksonville Florida this August 31st AD 1899
