This cause coming on to be heard upon the motion of
the defendants praying that the evidence heretofore taken before Horatio
Davis Esq. Special Master may be considered in Evidence upon the
issues now raised; and it appearing that the complainant's solicitor
has been given due notice of the hearing of said motion and
the Court having considered the same, it is,
Ordered and Decreed that the oral and documentary evidence
heretofore taken before Horatio Davis Esq Special Master appointed
to take the testimony upon the issues raised by the defendants plea
and the complainant's replication thereto, may be considered and
treated as also, introduced in evidence upon the issues raised by
the defendants answer and the complainant's replication thereto,
and maybe read in evidence on the hearing before the Court
subject to the objections entered at the time such evidence
was originally produced before the said Master, and such
further objections as may be taken at such hearing
