that the petition for rehearing be and the same is herein and hereby
allowed, and that the order made on the 2d day of October 1899 be so
modified as to allow the complainant forty days time in which to
offer testimony in support of his bill of complaint herein, and that
the defendants be allowed thirty days thereafter to offer any testimony
they may desire, and that the complainant have ten days after the
defendants close their testimony in which to offer any rebuttal
testimony that may be desired. It is further ordered that in all other
respects the order made on the 2d day of October 1899 by the Hon W.A.
Hocker Judge of the 5th Circuit do remain in full force and effect

          This cause came on this day to be heard on the report of Special
Master Christopher Matheson filed therein and it appearing from said report
that there is due to the complainant on his debt secured by the mortgage
filed in said cause the sum of one hundred and fifty one dollars principal
and interest it is adjudged ordered and decreed that unless the said Ruthy
Wood within five days from the date pay the said amount with the costs
of this proceeding together with an attorney's fee of forty dollars to complainants
solicitor it appearing to the Court from said Master's report that said fee
is reasonable and proper, that the mortgaged premises described in the
bill of complaint in this cause to wit: The South West quarter of the North
West quarter of Section twenty Eight in Township ten south of Range
Eighteen East with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining and
lying and being in Alachua County Florida be sold at public sale
for cash at the door of the Court house of said Alachua County to
pay the same. That Notice of the time and place of sale be published
in the High Springs News a Newspaper published in said County
one each week for four weeks prior to said sale; that Christopher
Matheson is hereby appointed a Special Master to execute a deed to the
purchaser of said land; that out of the proceeds of sale shall execute a
deed to the purchaser of said land; that out of the proceeds of sale
he shall first pay the costs of this suit his fees as Special Master, the
