said Attorney's fee of $4000 to complainants Solicitor and then the debt due
to Complainant on his said Mortgage, and should then be any balance he
shall pay the same to the said defendant.
It is further ordered adjudged and decreed that should said sale take
place the defendant and all other parties Claiming by through or under
her since the institution of this suit be forever barred and foreclosed
of all equity of redemption in and to said Mortgaged property

This cause coming on for final hearing upon
motion of E.C.F. Sanchez Solicitor for complainant for a final
decree in said cause And it appearing to the Court that a
decree pro confesso was duly taken and entered herein, And it further
appearing to the Court from the testimony that the allegations and
charges of the bill are sustained.
It is therefore ordered considered and adjudged and decreed that the
bonds of Matrimony heretofore existing between the Complainant Janie
Owens and the defendant Albert Owens be and the same are
hereby forever and absolutely dissolved and the said marriage
relationship is annulled. It is further ordered that the defendant
Albert Owens pay the cost of this proceeding
