                       In the Circuit Court of Florida Fifth Judicial

Emeline M. Pendarvis } Final Decree
      This cause coming on to be further heard upon the application
of the complainant for a final decree upon the pleadings and proofs and
it appearing to the Court that a decree pro confesso has been duly
and regularly entered up herein against the defendant for her failure
to file plea, answer or demurrer to the complainants bill of complaint
and it further appearing to the Court that the complainant resided
in the State of Florida for more than two years immediately proceeding
the filing of the bill herein and that the defendant Emeline M.
Pendarvis deserted the complainant more than one year prior to the
filing of this suit, and that such desertion was wilful obstinate
and continuous for more than one year immediately proceeding the institution
of this suit, and the Court being advised in the premises, thereupon upon
consideration hereof; It is ordered, adjudged and decreed that the bonds
of matrimony existing between the complainant William J. Pendarvis
and the defendant, Emeline M. Pendarvis be and the same are herein and
hereby decreed to be forever canceled and set a side and a decree a Vinculo
matrimoni is herein and hereby pronounced between the said
complainant and the said defendant.
Done and ordered at chambers at Ocala Florida this 25th day of
November AD 1899

            This cause coming on to be heard upon the Report and
Findings of the Special Master herein and the Exceptions of the defendants
thereto and being argued by the Solicitors for the respective parties and
considered by the Court it is ordered that the exceptions of said defendants
1,2 and 4 be and the same are hereby overruled and denied and that the 3rd
exception be sustained and the defendants be allowed a credit of $500.00
on said Mortgage debt and that the remainder of said Special Masters
Report and Findings, be and the same is hereby confirmed. And it
appearing to the court from said Masters Report and Findings that there
is due to the complainant on his debt secured by the mortgage filed as
Exhibit in this cause the sum of one thousand eight hundred and sixty
