notice to counsel for the complainant, and the Court having duly
considered the same, together with the answer of the defendant to the bill
and the proofs offered by the respective parties touching said petition
thereupon, upon consideration hereof; It is ordered, adjudged and decreed
that the complainant pay to the defendant or her counsel of record
the sum of One Hundred Dollars within ten days hereof, as and for
a payment upon alimony and suit money, pendente lite

                 This cause coming on to be heard upon the
motion of the complainant by his solicitor, for the appointment
of a Special Master to take and report to the Court the evidence in
said cause; and it appearing to the Court that process was duly
served upon defendant according to law and the rules and practice
of this Court and it further appearing that on the Rule day
Nov 1899 a decree pro confesso was regularly entered against the
defendant for want of plea, answer or demurrer; it is therefore ordered
adjudged and decreed that said cause do now proceed exparte
and that J.E. Wells of Archer Florida be and is hereby appointed
a Special Master of this Court to take and report to the Court
the testimony of such witnesses as may be produced before him
in behalf of complainant and that he report the same to this
Court.
