                              Fall Term AD 1899
                              Tuesday December 15th
        and the southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of section 20 in
        Township 9 south of Range 18 East and containing 160 acres of land
        more or less. So say we all

           Whereupon it is considered ordered and adjudged by the
        Court that the Estate of Louis A. Barnes deceased is the owner
        of the fee simple title and that Samuel L. Sawyer as administrator
        of and for the estate of Louis A. Barnes deceased is entitled to the
        immediate possession of that certain lot tract piece or parcel
        of land situated lying and being in the County of Alachua and
        state of Florida and known distinguished and described as
        follows to wit: The Northwest quarter of south west quarter and
        the south half of the south west quarter and the southwest
        quarter of the Northwest quarter of section 20 in Township 9, South
        of Range 18 East containing 160 acres of land more or less and
        that a writ of possession do issue herein according to law
        against the defendant William R. Johnson in favor of the said
        plaintiff Samuel L. Sawyer as administrator of and for the estate of
        Louis A. Barnes deceased. And it is further considered ordered
        and adjudged that the plaintiff Samuel L. Sawyer as administrator of and
        for the Estate of Louis A. Barnes do have and recover of and form the
        defendant William R. Johnson his costs by him expended taxed
        at    dollars and the defendant in mercy &c

                       Upon the calling of this cause for trial the
        plaintiff by her attorney announced ready the defendant failing
        to appear either in person or by counsel.
          Whereupon a jury was called and there came J.M. Sykes
        T.E. McDonald  E.C. Crosby  J.P. Jones  George B. Evans & W.H. Guthrie
        who were duly empanelled and sworn to well and truly try
        the right of property involved in this suit and a true assessment
        make of the damages sustained by the plaintiff in this cause according
        to the evidence. And the jury aforesaid after hearing the evidence
        and the charge of the Court without leaving the box rendered
        the following verdict to wit
Verdict   We the Jury find that the plaintiff is the owner of the Land
        in fee simple to and is entitled to the immediate possession
        of that certain tract of land situated in Alachua county
        Florida described as follows to wit: The North East Quarter of the
        Southeast quarter of Sec 32 Tp 10 s R 18 E containing about 40 acres
        So say we all                     J.P. Jones
