                 This cause came on this day to be heard
on the petition of Frank R. Theiss as guardian of the person
and Estate of the defendant Charles H. Palmer and the attorney for the
complainant being present and not objecting thereto it is
adjudged ordered and decreed that Christopher Matheson
be and is hereby appointed guardian ad litem for the said
defendant to protect his interest in this suit and such
guardian ad litem shall make his defense to said bill by
plea or answer on or before the rule day in February AD 1900
