under the firm name of Sherwood and Harvard and their sureties John
Chesnut and A.M. Endel the said sum of Sixty Dollars as and for their damages
and the further sum of Eleven 73/100 Dollars costs of this suit.
              Whereupon Court adjourned until tomorrow morning at nine
Oclock
                Saturday December 16th 1899
      Court met this day pursuant to adjournment of yesterday
his honor W.A. Hocker Judge presiding

        Whereupon the Grand Jury came into open Court and made
the following Report to wit:

          And now this cause is continued on application of claimants

  And now this cause is continued on application of claimants

       Vs        } Breaking & entering with intent to
Adell Williams   } Commit a Felony
      Now this cause coming on to be heard Syd L. Carter
State attorney prosecuting in the name & by authority of the state of
Florida and the prisoner appearing in open Court in his proper
person was arraigned and upon his arraignment pleaded not guilty

Derry Nettles    }
               And now the prisoner Derry Nettles being in
open Court for sentence was demanded if he had anything
to say why the sentence of the law should not be passed upon
