Versus Percy Summers et al, et al and shall not depart therefrom without
leave of said Court then this obligation to be void, else to remain in full
force and virtue

        Vs       } Assault with intent to murder

                It is ordered that attachment for State witnesses in above
styled cause do issue returnable at the next term of this Court

                And now upon the calling of this cause for trial
the defendant failed to answer
  Whereupon defendants bondsmen being thrice called and failing
to produce the body of the defendant in Court as they obligated to do
Thereupon Defendants bond was estreated and an alias capias
ordered issued for the defendant

              And now this cause is continued and bail bond fixed at
One hundred and twenty five Dollars to be approved by the Clerk of this Court

         And now this cause coming on to be heard Syd L. Carter
State attorney prosecuting in the name and by authority of
the State of Florida and the prisoner being in open Court in his
proper person pleaded in abatement on account of an error
in his name, which pleas the State attorney confessed
   Whereupon it is ordered that the plea be sustained
and upon request of the State Attorney it is ordered that the defendant
be held to answer a new indictment and bail bond fixed at Three
Hundred Dollars to be approved by the Clerk of this Court
