This cause coming on for hearing on petition for rehearing the Court having
considered the petition it is hereby ordered that said petition be overruled and

                  And now comes the complainants Wm Wesley and James
Clifton as trustees of the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church of Alachua County
Florida in the above stated cause and give notice of and enter therein appeal
to the Supreme Court of the State of Florida to be held at Tallahassee Florida at a day
during the January term AD 1900, to wit on the 10th day of February AD 1900 from 
the decree of the Court dissolving the injunction in said cause made and
rendered on the 28th day of Nov 1899 and the decree made Dec 23d 1899 denying
a rehearing in said cause                 Evans Haile

                        This cause coming on to be heard and it
appearing to the Court that on entry of appeal filed herein, upon
application hereof it is ordered that the entry of appeal entered herein
on Dec 23 1899 do operate as a supersedeas from the decrees appealed
from upon the complainants entering into bond payable to defendants in the
sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to be approved by the Clerk of this Court.
Conditioned to pay them all costs and damages they may sustain by said
appeal should the decree appealed from be affirmed by the appellate Court

  In the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit of the State of
Florida in and for the County of Alachua
         It appearing to the Court that there are a large number of criminal
cases now pending in this Court and not disposed of and it appearing
in the judgment of this Court that the public welfare and the cause of
justice requires the holding of a special term of this Court for the trial
of said causes it is ordered that a Special Term of the Circuit Court
for the fifth Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Alachua
County be held in said County to commence on the 12th day of Feby
AD 1900 at 9 Oclock AM of said day The Clerk of this Court is directed
to draw in the names provided by law the grand and petit juries for said
Court and issue Venires for the same
