  Whereupon it is considered ordered and adjudged by
the Court that all Motions pleas, demurrers, causes and actions
herein pending and not otherwise disposed of be continued generally

                 In the Circuit Court of Florida 5th Judicial Circuit in and
                 for Alachua County.  In Chancery
The East Florida Savings and Trust Company as Trustee }
                       vs                             } Bill to Foreclose a Mortgage
The Gainesville Gas and Electric Light Company        }
                                Final Decree of Foreclosure
   This cause coming on to be heard and it appearing to the Court
that the complainant has duly served upon the defendant a notice
of final hearing upon the pleadings proofs and Masters report and the
defendant not appearing to make any objection hereto and the Court
being advised in the premises; thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
it is ordered adjudged and decreed that the report of W.W. Hampton
as Special Master in Chancery, filed in this cause on the 28th day
of October 1899 be and the same is herein and hereby confirmed in
every particular. And further, that the defendant is indebted
to the complainant as Trustee upon the mortgage and bonds sued
upon in the sum of $15,589 for principal and interest to the 24th
day of October 1899, and the further sum of $500 Solicitor's fee
allowed to complainant's solicitor for services in the foreclosing
the mortgage in this cause; that the complainant is entitled
to the foreclosure of the mortgage and that the defendant
do pay the full amount of this decree and interest thereon from the
24th of October 1899, and the costs of this suit to be taxed up by the
Clerk of this Court including the sum of $25 allowed to the
Master for taking the testimony and making report herein
within fifteen days from date, or in default thereof that the said
Master do advertise and sell according to law the mortgaged
property, to wit: - All the corporate property of the Gainesville
Gas and Electric Light Company to wit: All the lands belonging
to said corporation with the tenements and appurtenances thereon
and thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and also the
plant machinery and attachments thereto, whether movable or 
immovable or whether pertaining to the realty or personally, and the
corporate franchise of said company so far as can be hereby
conveyed, and pledged, and all classes of property, real, personal or
mixed of the said Gainesville Gas & Electric Light Company at
present owned by it or that was acquired since the execution and
