record of the mortgage sued upon, at the time and place and in the
manner prescribed by law, to pay and satisfy the said decree, fees and costs
that he do pay the proceeds arising from the sale of the said property
as follows to wit:
First, that he pay the costs of this suit including his own fees.
Second that he pay the complainants Solicitor's fees
Third, that he pay to W.B. Goodings the holder of the bonds and coupons which
have been filed with him in this cause, the full amount thereof including
the interest thereon; provided that the holder of the mortgage bonds and
coupons shall be allowed to bid on the property and that in the event
of the holder of said bonds purchasing the property he be credited with
his bonds and coupons that have been proved and allowed in the
purchase price thereof; That he make proper deed or deeds of conveyance
to and for the said property to the purchaser thereof, and do put
the purchaser in possession of the same.
Fourth, that after the sale of said property the said defendant,
the Gainesville Gas & Electric Light Company and all persons
claiming by through or under it, do thereafter stand absolutely
and forever debarred and foreclosed of and from all right of
equity of redemption in and to the said property and every
part and parcel thereof
Done and ordered at chambers at Gainesville Florida on this
12th day of December AD 1899

          This cause coming on to be heard upon the application of
complainants Solicitor for the appointment of Special Master
herein to take and report the testimony in this cause and it
appearing that a decree pro confesso was duly entered up herein
to wit on the 4th day of December AD 1899 it is therefore ordered
adjudged and decreed that Evans Haile be and he is hereby
appointed as Special Master to take and report the testimony 
in this cause.
 Done and ordered at Gainesville this 13th day of December AD
