           This cause coming on to be heard upon the application of complainants
solicitor for the appointment of a Special Master to take and report the
testimony herein, and it appearing that a decree pro confesso was duly
entered up in this cause, to wit on the 4th day of December AD 1899 It is
therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that Evans Haile be and he is hereby
appointed as Special Master to take and report the testimony in this
said cause.

final Decree herein and it appearing to the court that the Allegations 
in complainants Bill have been sustained by the evidence herein,
it is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between complainant Katherine H. Bergman and
Respondent George Bergman be and the same are hereby dissolved
and it is further ordered adjudged and decreed that the complainant
Katherine H. Bergman do resume her maiden name Katherine
H. Mathers
