Now come the parties plaintiff and the defendant by
their Attorneys and apply to the Court for an order referring the
above styled cause to Judge Horatio Davis a practicing Attorney of
this Court as referee to hear and determine the same

              This cause coming on to be finally heard upon the
bill and proofs filed herein; and it appearing from the Special
Masters report that the equities of said cause are with the said
complainant, and that the bill of complaint is sustained by the
proofs herein; and the Court being fully advised in the premises;
it is therefore ordered adjudged and decreed that the bonds of Matrimony
heretofore existing between Viola Timberlake the complainant and
Thornton S. Timberlake the defendant, be, and the same are hereby
annulled and dissolved
