State of Florida so that you have the same at Tallahassee on the
2nd day of February AD 1900 in our said Supreme Court to be then and
there held, that inspecting the record and proceedings aforesaid, our said
Supreme Court may cause further to be done therein to correct that error
what of right and according to law should be done

         On the application of plaintiffs in Error and it appearing
to the Court that the Judgment in this case made and entered
during the term of this Court in which a writ of error has been
sued out and taken, is in part other than a money Judgment, it is
adjudged and ordered that for such writ of Error to act as a Supersedeas
the plaintiffs in Error or one of them shall file a bond payable
to the defendants in error with two good and sufficient obligors
to be approved by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Alachua County
or with any Surety company authorized to do business in this State
as Surety thereon in the sum of $1000 00/100 conditioned to pay all costs
occasioned by said writ of Error and for the payment of the
damages awarded against them if said writ be not sustained.
But said writ of Error is not to operate as a supersedeas to the
writ of possession issued on said Judgment
Done and ordered in open Court at Gainesville Florida this 23rd day
of December AD 1899
